There is a growing trend of movies based on books. I personally like to read the book first before watching the movie. I love to read books because I can freely imagine the characters and the scenes while when watching the movie, I see the story as it is.
I have always been a fan of Nicholas Sparks and The Last Song is slowly becoming one of my favorites of his works.
